Looking for clues

(According to the free local newspaper, the Roma staying here semi-temporarily have been given a couple of big tents, but the authorities are reluctant to give them a place to pitch them -- among other things because doing so might amount to providing a fixed address and thus possibly certain rights.) 14th March 2013 © Lise Utne
